2005

Dale gave Linda a surprise party for their 25th wedding anniversary.  He had everything set up so when they arrived home from the airport everyone was hiding in the house.

 

Everyone had a great time.  Donna (left) helped Dale organize things.

 

Dale ordered a cake for the occasion.

2004

The Y family visited Dale Church in North Carolina.  He is Dale's biological father.  The met each other after not knowing where either was for 40 years.

2002

PEY and P-E-Y feed and water a neighbor's pigeons each morning.  They split $25/week.  Here is a picture of one of several rooms housing the pigeons.  Our neighbor races them for fun.

1980

 Linda and Dale met at the University of Virginia in 1978.  Two years later they were married in the United Methodist Church and lived in a small home owned by the church and used by students.  Dale's best man was his brother, Mike.  Ushers included Steve Scudder, Vick Morrowski and Bruce Binder.  Linda's sister, Janet and close friend Sylvia were brides maids.
